Sleep and recovery. The watch schedule returned. The afternoon was a blissfully smooth sail under sunny skies. I replaced the chafed out-haul line with one of the spinnaker sheets, and performed some other minor repairs, and we were back in swing. About 10 minutes before the sun set a pod of dolphins found us and played in our bow-wave until the sun blinked out over the horizon. It felt like a sign, a sort of heavenly reprieve.
